摘要

针对高频焊管的功率控制问题,提出了一种基于多传感器粒子滤波和模糊融合的控制算法。为了调整焊接功率,对管道行走速度传感器和无损检测传感器的信号进行监测和融合。不仅目标控制函数与管道行走速度或焊缝缠绕之间的关系是非线性的,而且速度或焊缝缠绕的状态方程也是非线性的,采用顺序重要重采样贝叶斯滤波对速度和缠绕进行跟踪和预测。将这些预测信号作为模糊神经网络对焊缝状态进行预测的输入。根据焊缝状态预测调整焊接功率,避免熔焊或缺焊。最后给出了仿真实例,取得了良好的效果
