The population used is all employees of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Bima city, totaling 44 people (employees) with details of 30 ASN and 14 honorary people. The sample used in this study were 30 civil servants. Samples were taken by purposive sampling. Data collection methods are observation, interviews, literature studies and questionnaires. The analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 21 software. The results show that: (1) Work motivation partially affects employee discipline at the regional disaster management agency (BPBD) Bima city. (2) Work environment partially affects employee discipline. employee discipline at the regional disaster management agency (BPBD) office of Bima city. 摘要

本研究旨在确定区域灾害管理局(BPBD)比马市办事处的工作动机和工作环境如何以及在多大程度上影响员工纪律。使用的人口是比马市地区灾害管理机构(BPBD)的所有员工,共有44人(员工),其中30人是ASN, 14人是荣誉人士。本研究的样本为30名公务员。样本采用目的抽样法。数据收集方法有观察法、访谈法、文献研究法和问卷调查法。分析方法采用IBM SPSS 21软件进行多元线性回归分析。结果表明:(1)工作动机对毕马市区域灾害管理机构员工纪律有部分影响。(2)工作环境对员工纪律有一定的影响。比马市地区灾害管理机构(BPBD)办公室的员工纪律。(3)毕马市区域灾害管理机构(BPBD)办公室的工作动机和工作环境同时或同时影响员工纪律。
