The purpose of doing this study is finding out the effect of organizational climate on service quality. It was done at Universitas Kristen Indonesia (UKI). The method of the study used is quantitative with survey design. The population of the study is the employees of UKI (234 Employees) while the sample of the study is 150 employees. The instrument of this study was a set of questionnaire which consisted of 27 statements. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis techniques, data analysis with statistical statistics and test the analysis requirements. The findings of facts and data in the analysis of this study further support the direct influence between organizational climate and service quality. ——本研究是关于组织氛围对服务质量的影响。本研究旨在探讨组织氛围对服务品质的影响。这项研究是在印尼克里斯汀大学进行的。本研究采用定量调查设计方法。本研究的人口为UKI的员工(234名员工),研究的样本为150名员工。本研究的工具是一套由27个陈述组成的问卷。所采用的数据分析技术是描述性数据分析技术,数据分析具有统计统计和检验分析的要求。本研究的事实和数据分析结果进一步支持了组织氛围与服务质量之间的直接影响。从这一发现,它的结论是,不断增加的组织气候将对提高印尼克里斯汀大学员工的服务质量产生影响。
