摘要

本文提出了一种三相电源变换器中电源器件结温的在线监测方法。该方法考虑了功率半导体器件和微控制器芯片两个方面。功耗计算和热建模是使用32位TriCore微控制器完成的。给出了三相逆变器在不同负载条件下的实际应用结果。利用所提出的方法,可以实现系统优化,从而更好地利用芯片。
