Its essence consists in the fact that in the process of evolution of organisms under the influence of microwave radiation of the sun characteristics of its low-frequency fluctuations are reflected in the basic properties of the neural mechanism of regulation of the body and the person, in particular. Brief description of the hardware implementation of the simulation tool microwave radiation of the Sun. Microbiological studies using specified device showed high its efficiency in the reduction of resistant properties of the most common opportunistic pathogens and improve the rheological properties of blood.
