Details operating principle of the band-pass filter are discussed. A prototype of dual-band band-pass filter has been designed, fabricated, and measured for validation. The results show that the first pass-band is at center frequency of 2.4GHz with −3dB fractional bandwidth 6.0%. And the second pass-band is at center frequency of 3.5GHz with −3dB fractional bandwidth 2.9%. The dimensions of the filter are 18×9mm2.
