'Pandemic,' 'remote work,' 'job crafting,' and ‘online learning' were frequently used keywords in the period. Based on these results, changes in research topics in HRD journals related to COVID-19 were described. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨新冠肺炎疫情前后国内主要HRD期刊研究课题的变化情况。为此,将2017- 2022年共710篇论文分为预冠期(2017-2019年)和新冠期(2020-2022年)。通过对数比值比分析、关键词网络分析和话题建模分析,研究结果如下:第一,新冠肺炎前研究的核心关键词是“知识”、“职业发展”、“创新”、“合作”和“女性”。其次,新冠肺炎时期研究的核心关键词是“新冠肺炎”、“就业”、“求职”和“组织文化”。第三,新冠肺炎期间出现了新的话题和关键词。“流行病”、“远程工作”、“工作制作”和“在线学习”是这一时期经常使用的关键词。基于这些结果,描述了与COVID-19相关的HRD期刊研究主题的变化。会议还提出了应对COVID-19对人力资源开发领域发展的学术和实践意义。
