Study of a Theoretical Model for Developing Arts and Cultural Entrepreneurial Competency 文化艺术创业能力发展的理论模型研究

This research aims to establish a framework for cultivating entrepreneurial skills in the arts and cultural sector. Viewing entrepreneurship as a skill that can be nurtured through targeted education and training, the study identifies specific skill sets relevant to arts and cultural entrepreneurship and proposes suitable course content for such education. To achieve this, a qualitative meta-analysis and additional content analysis of a broad spectrum of arts and cultural entrepreneurship research were conducted to compare and amalgamate infrequently cited entrepreneurial competencies. As a result, the study presents the creation of 'contextual competencies' and 'situational competencies' models. Based on these models, we suggest structuring educational content across three aspects: imparting “knowledge” about entrepreneurial practices, honing “skills” for executing entrepreneurial actions, and nurturing enduring entrepreneurial “attitudes”. The research ultimately offers a model for the development of entrepreneurial competencies in the arts and cultural sector, emphasizing the relationship between educational outcomes, objectives, and content. This model underscores the need for educational goals centered on the development of entrepreneurial skills in the arts and culture, and for the provision of contextual and situational competencies as educational content to foster competency-based learning among students. This model is intended to serve as a preliminary tool for understanding arts and cultural entrepreneurial skills and as a guide for the creation of arts and cultural entrepreneurship education programs.

Exploring the Effects of School Career Education Experiences on Career Competence of Multicultural Students by Regional Scale 从区域尺度探讨学校生涯教育经验对多元文化学生职业能力的影响

This study identifies the difference between career competency and school career education experience of multicultural students of different sizes of residence, and explores the influence of various factors, including school career education experience, on career competency by regional scale. To this end, the data of 1,085 people included in the 「Multicultural Adolescents Panel Study(MAPS)」was used, and statistical significance was confirmed through one-way ANOVA, post-hoc test, and multiple regression analysis. The analysis results are as follows. First, it was found that the career competency of multicultural students was significantly higher in the rural area. Second, the school career education experience of multicultural students was found to be significantly higher in large cities and small and medium-sized cities. Third, it was found that the factors influencing the career competency of multicultural students were different depending on the regional scale. School career education experiences had an influence in large cities and small and medium cities, but did not appear in rural areas. This study empirically confirmed the influence of regional scale factors on the career education of multicultural students, and suggests that a customized approach that considers regional scale factors is needed in future career education support for multicultural students.

How Teachers’ Autonomy and Achievement Goal Orientation Affect Innovative Teaching Behavior with ICT: The Mediator Role of Teachers’ Digital Literacy 教师自主性和成就目标导向对ICT创新教学行为的影响:教师数字素养的中介作用

This study aims to identify the structural relationship among teachers’ autonomy, achievement goal orientation, digital literacy, innovative teaching behavior with ICT. For this purpose, this study collected data from a total of 693 elementary and secondary school teachers in Korea, and analyzed direct and indirect effects between variables by applying a structural equation model. As a result of the study, teacher's autonomy and teachers' achievement goal orientation had a statically significant effect on teachers' digital literacy, but only teacher's autonomy had a positively significant effect on innovative teaching behaviour with ICT. Teachers' digital literacy had a positively significant effect on innovative teaching behaviour with ICT, and had a mediating effect between teachers' autonomy, achievement goal orientation, and innovative teaching behaviour with ICT. Based on the research results, practical implications and future research directions related to individual and organizational factors that affect teachers' innovative teaching behavior with ICT were presented.

Exploring Managers’ Experience in Providing Feedforward to Improve Salesperson Performance 管理者提供前馈提高销售人员绩效的经验探索

The purpose of this study is to explore experiences to help managers bring about change through the behavior of salespersons by using feed-forward, a new approach to performance improvement. To this end, a qualitative study was conducted focusing on the performance improvement experiences of 7 sales managers with more than 3 years of experience and the stories of providing feed forward. The results of the study are as follows. First, through frequent and diverse communication, the salesperson's strengths were found and the speed of work conversion and growth was increased. Second, empathy was given with sincere praise for rational performance, so that they could focus on their future potential and motivated them on their future direction. Third, the influence of bringing about change through the delegation of managers was emphasized so that salespeople could take the initiative in handling their own business by putting their knowledge into action. Fourth, various strategies were conceived and practiced in order to keep all possibilities open and expand thoughts so that the message about goal achievement would not be one-sided and oppressive. Fifth, for the most important performance in sales, we focused on building sales stamina so that sales staff can experience a lot of success experiences so that they can immerse themselves in follow-up opportunities with confidence. Sixth, in the course of sales activities, we utilized an approach to seek growth through cooperation by utilizing all the people and resources involved, and to make a breakthrough in the event of an issue by realizing that we are a partner.

The Effects of Public Service Motivation on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of the Public Servants: Moderated Mediating Effect of Job Autonomy 公共服务动机对公务员工作满意度和组织公民行为的影响:工作自主性的调节作用

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of job satisfaction in the relationship between public service motivation and organizational citizenship behavior of public servants and to demonstrate the moderated mediation effect of job autonomy. To this end, a moderated mediation analysis was conducted with the data of the 「2021 Perception Survey on Public Life」announced by the Korea Institute of Public Administration to survey general public officials belonging to central administrative agencies and metropolitan governments. As a result of the study, first, it was confirmed that public service motivation had a positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. Second, job satisfaction was found to have a positive mediating effect between public service motivation and organizational citizenship behavior. Third, it was found that the mediating effect of job satisfaction between public service motivation and organizational citizenship behavior was moderated by job autonomy. Based on the research results, practical implications and future research suggestions to improve individuals’ affect and behaviors from the perspective of human resource development in the public sector were presented.

A Systematic Literature Review on the Relationship Between Career Commitment and Organizational Commitment: Focusing on Korean Journal Articles 职业承诺与组织承诺关系的系统文献综述:以韩国期刊论文为中心

This study divided career commitment and organizational commitment into compatible and zero-sum relationships through domestic literature analysis on the relationship between career commitment and organizational commitment. The implications and future research directions were presented by systematically analyzing related preceding variables, outcome variables, mediating variables, and regulatory variables by dividing them into two perspectives. To this end, the main results of analyzing 51 KCI-registered academic journal papers that studied the relationship between the two variables as research subjects, research variables, and research methods are as follows. First, a total of 15 studies have been confirmed to examine the effects between other variables in a zero-sum relationship between career commitment and organizational commitment. Second, 36 studies have been confirmed to examine the effects of career commitment and organizational commitment between other variables in the zero-sum relationship. Third, the two variables were classified as related preceding/mediating/regulation/result variables in the compatible relationship and zero-sum relationship, and a conceptual integrated model was presented. Based on these research results, implications and future research directions were presented.

Validation of the Korean version of the Spiritual Intelligence Self-Report Inventory(K-SISRI) 韩国版精神智力自我报告量表(K-SISRI)的验证

The purpose of this study is to validate the Korean Spiritual Intelligence Self-Report Inventory(SISRI) originally developed by King and DeCicco(2009). The back translation method was used to verify the original meaning of the instrument. There were two data collection phases: the pilot and the main study. For the pilot test, the exploratory factor analysis was conducted with 207 adults were participated. As a result, 16 items were deleted due to unsatisfactory factor loading scores, but it was valid as a four-factor model of critical existential thinking(5 questions), conscious state expansion(4 questions), personal meaning production(4 questions), and transcendental perception(3 questions). Thereafter, the main data collection was implemented and 428 office workers were participated finally. The confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to verify the suitability of the model. This study has proven that K-SISRI is a reliable and valid instrument, expected to utilized both in academia and practical areas.

Exploring the expertise development process of assessors in government-supported vocational training 探索政府支持职业培训中评估员的专业知识发展过程

The purpose of this study was to understand the expertise development process of assessors of government-supported vocational training. Nine research participants were selected through theoretical sampling, and data were collected through in-depth interviews. Based on the collected data, phenomenon understanding analysis, category relationship analysis and theoretical integration analysis were conducted step by step using the systematic grounded theory. In the phenomenon understanding analysis, a number of concepts and 15 categories were extracted. In the category relationship analysis, the categories were first reconstructed based on a specific framework, and the relationship between the categories was identified through causal relation analysis, procedural relation analysis, and micro-macroscopic relation analysis. In the theoretical integration analysis, ‘the applying oneself and studying hard to cultivate expertise’, a key category, was derived, and a theory about the expertise development process of government-supported vocational training assessors was presented as a model. The expertise development process of the research participants continued to evolve through the process of leading self-development and self-reflection in various interactive experiences occurring in the evaluation field. In addition, it was confirmed that they were able to build an effective system as an evaluator and improve their ability to respond flexibly to various unexpected situations that occur in the dynamic evaluation field.

Analysis of changes in HRD research topics before and after COVID-19 using keyword network analysis and topic modeling 利用关键词网络分析和主题建模分析COVID-19前后人力资源研发研究主题的变化

The purpose of this study is to examine changes in research topics in major domestic HRD journals before and after COVID-19. To this end, a total of 710 papers from 2017 to 2022 were divided into pre-COVID-19 (2017-2019) and COVID-19 periods (2020-2022). Log odds ratio analysis, keywords network analysis, and topic modeling analysis were conducted,and the results of the study are as follows: First, the core keywords of research before COVID-19 were ‘knowledge,’ ‘career development,’ ‘innovation,’ ‘cooperation,’ and ‘women.’Second, the core keywords of research in the COVID-19 period were ‘COVID-19,’ ‘employment,’ ‘job finding,’ and ‘organizational culture.’ Third, new topics and keywords emerged in the COVID-19 period. 'Pandemic,' 'remote work,' 'job crafting,' and ‘online learning' were frequently used keywords in the period. Based on these results, changes in research topics in HRD journals related to COVID-19 were described. Academic and practicalimplications for the development of the HRD field in response to COVID-19 were also suggested.

The effects of SMEs employees’ learning support environment on innovative work behavior : Focusing on the mediating roles of self-efficacy and Eemployee engagement 中小企业员工学习支持环境对创新工作行为的影响:自我效能感和敬业度的中介作用

The purpose of this study is to recognize the importance of innovative work behavior and learning support environment for organizations to survive and be competitive in a rapidly changing business environment, and to identify the factors and environments in which members can actively realize innovative behavior. The learning support environment was treated as an independent variable, self-efficacy and employee engagement were considered as mediating factors affects innovative work behavior, and HRD academic and practical implications are presented through understanding of the process in which innovative work behavior is induced. To this end, an online survey was conducted on 400 workers who have worked at SMEs with less than 300 employees for more than a year, and the structural relationship between variables was analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results of the study show that the learning support environment had a positive (+) effect on all of innovative work behavior, self-efficacy, and employee engagement, and self-efficacy had a positive (+) effect on employee engagement and innovative work behavior. In addition, both self-efficacy and employee engagement had a significant mediating effect between the learning support environment and innovative work behavior, and the dual mediating effect between self-efficacy and employee engagement was also statistically significan
