Our construction capability has been enhanced steadily, while the number and quality of digital education resources has witnessed substantial improvement. Given the wide coverage of our external learning centers (311 off-campus learning centers in over 20 provinces, including municipalities and autonomous regions, and over 100 Aopeng off-campus learning centers), some centers, with limited funding, is facing problems like high software development costs and maintenance and upgrading difficulties. On-line software service based on SaaS is a newly-emerged software application mode and also one of the three cloud computing modes.
