摘要

基于雪崩晶体管的马克思电路可以产生快速上升沿脉冲。分析了马克思电路的雪崩原理。设计了触发电路和十级马克思电路板。在FMMT415和FMMT417的基础上,通过改变充电电压和容量,得到了一系列降边时间约为2ns、电压幅值约为700V ~ 1600V、脉冲宽度小于6ns的负脉冲。比较了两种雪崩晶体管的脉冲波形。结果表明:基于FMMT417的脉冲峰值比基于FMMT415的脉冲峰值高,充电电压越高脉冲峰值越大,在一定范围内容量越大脉冲宽度越大。
