摘要

本文提出了一种新的单相三电平PWM整流器的PWM控制方案,以提高整流器的电能质量。采用带两个功率开关的二极管桥作为PFC电路,实现了高功率因数和低谐波失真。该控制方案基于带滞后电流控制器(HCC)的查找表。基于所提出的控制方案,驱动线路电流遵循与电源电压同相的正弦电流指令。软件仿真和实验结果验证了所提出的控制方案。结果表明,所测线路电流谐波和功率因数均满足IEC 1000-3-2的要求。
