The online questionnaire link was sent to the students via their private class group by their lecturers. This study investigated certain barriers that students are facing, and at the same time proposed recommendations to limit the challenges found. 新冠肺炎疫情影响了世界各地学生的学习过程和学习体验。开展这项研究的目的是确定在COVID-19大流行期间影响大学在线学习有效性的障碍。本研究的背景是河内的一所职业学院。数据收集自117名在2022年春季学期参加在线课程的学生。在线问卷链接是由他们的老师通过他们的私人班级发送给学生的。本研究调查了学生面临的某些障碍,同时提出了限制挑战的建议。本研究的结果对于所研究的机构提高培训质量具有重要的参考价值,对于其他具有相同背景的教育机构也具有重要的参考价值。
