The results of this study concluded that work-family conflict have negative and significant effect on the employee performance, but work-family conflict have a positive and significant effect on readiness for change. This study conclude also that readiness for change have a positive and significant effect on relationship work-family conflict and employee performance. Readiness for change as fully mediator. This new research proposed a model for building employee performance among the part-time employee of a packaging industry in Tangerang through enhancing work-family conflict management practice with readiness for change as a mediator. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨工作家庭冲突对橘橘包装业兼职员工绩效的影响,其中工作家庭冲突以变革准备度为中介。资料收集采用简单随机抽样法,问卷返回有效结果143份。数据处理采用扫描电镜法,采用SmartPLS 3.0软件。研究结果表明,工作-家庭冲突对员工绩效有显著的负向影响,而工作-家庭冲突对员工的变革准备有显著的正向影响。本研究还发现,变革准备对工作-家庭关系冲突和员工绩效有显著的正向影响。做好改变的准备,成为完全的调解人。本研究提出一个以应变准备为中介,透过强化工作家庭冲突管理实务,建构橘朗包装业兼职员工绩效的模型。这项研究可以为提高员工面对工业革命4.0时代的准备程度铺平道路。
