摘要

背景:青少年司法系统的卫生保健一直被认为不足。患有破坏性行为障碍的青少年在家庭、学校和社区造成问题的风险增加。这对青少年系统和释放后的公共心理健康系统构成了挑战。目的:本研究的目的是确定破坏性行为障碍的患病率和相关因素在一个Borstal机构。方法:该研究是对Kwara州Ilorin Borstal机构的53名青少年的横断面描述性报告。他们接受了MINI-KID的采访。结果:平均年龄为17.3±2.1岁,11-14岁占52.8%,ADHD、CD和对立违抗行为障碍分别占15.1%、64.2%和60.4%。年龄与父母婚姻状况有显著相关。结论:青少年在押人员存在以破坏性行为障碍为主的精神障碍。建议在精神卫生专业人员和少年系统之间进行合作。关键词:破坏性行为障碍;相关少年犯;囚犯;
