The paper starts with analysis the topological structure characteristics of Single-Crank Double-Rocker mechanism. Following the design procedure, all of the possible combinations of flapping mechanism which contains not more than 6 components were generated. The design procedure is based on Hong-Sen Yan's creative design theory for mechanical devices.
