This study aims to explain the mediating role of job satisfaction in the influence of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior. The study in this research was conducted in Green Kubu Cafe. The population in this study were 61 Green Kubu Cafe employees. The method of determining the sample in this study uses Non-Probability Sampling with the census method where the entire population will be selected to be used as a sample. The data collection method was carried out by interviewing and distributing questionnaires as measured by 49 indicators using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is path analysis and sobel test. The results showed that organizational justice had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational justice had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and job satisfaction was partially able to mediate the effect of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior. 摘要

企业能够在众多竞争对手中生存下来,是人力资源发挥重要作用的结果。本研究旨在解释工作满意度在组织公正对组织公民行为影响中的中介作用。本研究的研究在绿库布咖啡馆进行。这项研究的对象是61名Green Kubu Cafe的员工。在本研究中确定样本的方法使用非概率抽样与人口普查方法,其中整个人口将被选择作为样本。数据收集方法采用访谈和发放问卷的方式,采用李克特量表对49项指标进行测量。使用的数据分析技术是通径分析和索贝尔检验。结果表明:组织公平感对工作满意度有正向显著影响,组织公平感对组织公民行为有正向显著影响,工作满意度对组织公民行为有正向显著影响,工作满意度能部分中介组织公平感对组织公民行为的影响。如果绿库布咖啡员工的组织公平感提高,工作满意度就会提高,并会促进绿库布咖啡员工组织行为的产生。关键词:工作满意度;组织公平;组织公民行为
