摘要

本文研究了在电压不稳定的情况下,系统运行中紧急工况的识别问题。提出了一种基于负载分接开关的大容量输电变压器控制电压测量的检测方案。检测是基于连续分接变换后电压的比较。检测方案完全是本地的,即使它检测到系统范围内的紧急情况。结果表明,检测到的状态是最大负载性和电压不稳定的前兆。
