For DPPH assay, the antioxidant potential of artichoke leaves and fruit extracts were further highlighted by the quenching of DPPH free radicals. The values of absorbance for fruit extract ranged from 74.2 to 92.1 and 74.3 to 92 for leaves extracts . The antimicrobial activities against 6 types of bacterial strains, Proteus vulgaris, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumonia, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, and Streptococcus. 摘要

本研究旨在研究朝鲜蓟果实和叶片的化学成分、酚类化合物含量、抗氧化活性,并评价朝鲜蓟果实和叶片对血脂的影响。洋蓟果和洋蓟叶处理显著降低了所有血脂(甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、危险系数和动脉粥样硬化指数),洋蓟叶比洋蓟果效果更好。采用还原力法和DPPH法对洋蓟果实和叶的水提液、丙酮提液、甲醇提液的抗氧化活性进行了评价。在还原力试验中,果实和叶片甲醇提取物的还原力高于其他两种提取物。在DPPH实验中,通过对DPPH自由基的猝灭,进一步凸显了洋蓟叶和果实提取物的抗氧化潜力。果实提取物的吸光度值为74.2 ~ 92.1,叶片提取物的吸光度值为74.3 ~ 92。对普通变形杆菌、大肠杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和链球菌6种菌株的抑菌活性。结果表明,400 mg / ml浓度对细菌活性的抑制效果最好。
