The research design is descriptive. The research population is high school counselors in Malang Raya. Samples were taken by using a multistage area random sampling technique. Online questionnaires collected the research data through google forms which were analyzed using descriptive techniques. The results showed that the self-help model of reality counseling was needed to optimize the implementation of guidance and counseling services to reduce academic stress for high school students in Malang Raya. The results of this study are used to develop a website-based reality counseling self-help model that can reduce academic stress for high school students in Malang Raya. 摘要
