Data collection techniques used interview, observation and literature studies. Data analysis techniques used qualitative descriptive analysis. The result shows that: the role of Human Resources for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises competence is needed who have good abilities and skill, so it requires special training for employees of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. 摘要

中小微企业人力资源竞争力对中小微企业绩效的提高具有重要意义。本研究旨在:找出人力资源在中小微企业中的作用,找出中小微企业绩效提升的驱动因素;找出普约拉哈峪村中小微企业绩效提升的制约因素。本研究为定性描述性研究。本研究以中小微企业业主、中小微企业员工和客户为研究对象,采用有目的抽样方法进行抽样调查。数据收集技术采用访谈、观察和文献研究。数据分析技术采用定性描述性分析。结果表明:中小微企业胜任力需要人力资源的作用,需要具备良好的能力和技能,因此需要对中小微企业员工进行专门的培训。除了中小微企业所有者,政府和相关机构也参与中小微企业人力资源能力培训,以提高中小微企业的绩效。
