The evaluation model used was CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). The study found that the leadership program has been suitable to the policy of school foundation. However, regarding 2013 curriculum, the school needs to make leadership a separate subject. Based on teacher qualification, there is no special requirement to be a leadership teacher. The leadership teacher is appointed by the school foundation and considered to have competence in teaching leadership. In implementation, students need to be given chances to practice leadership skills; therefore, the teacher should use various but appropriate teaching methods. Leadership teachers should develop various scoring techniques to better find students’ skill. The study also found that leadership is important for students, alumni, and parents. 摘要本研究旨在评估贝卡西市高中穆斯林学生的领导能力。使用的评价模型是CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product)。研究发现,领导力项目已经适应了学校基金会的政策。然而,对于2013年的课程,学校需要将领导力作为一个单独的科目。从教师资格来看,对领导力教师没有特别的要求。领导教师由学校基金会任命,被认为具有领导教学能力。因此,教师应该使用各种适当的教学方法。领导力教师应该开发各种评分技术,以更好地发现学生的技能。该研究还发现,领导力对学生、校友和家长都很重要。校友们表示,他们从领导力项目中获益良多。
