摘要

本研究的目的是能够分析工作压力、工作冲突和通过工作动机提高工作绩效的影响结果。本研究使用的人口是PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk的所有员工,以卫星服务运营部为样本。分析方法将通过AMOS软件使用结构方程模型(SEM)程序形式的分析工具。研究结果表明,工作压力、工作冲突和工作能力对工作动机有显著影响。但是,工作压力、工作冲突和工作能力会影响工作绩效,而动机对工作绩效的影响并不显著。动机可以调节工作压力和工作冲突对绩效的影响,但不能调节工作能力对绩效的影响。
