摘要

针对复杂航空航天产品存在刚性差和变形等特点,存在零件尺寸精度难以保证、辅助测量调整时间长、对操作人员技术水平要求高、难以实现生产线无干扰自动化运行等问题,提出了一种基于在线检测精度调整的自适应加工补偿控制技术,实现了“在线测量-补偿分析-程序”。调整——以闭环控制发出自适应智能加工,仿真后通过机床加工验证。将优化后的程序导入数控机床进行试验加工,效果显著,证明了该方法的有效性。
