In order to assist instructors in continuous assessment process and ensure overall quality of the assessment, there is a need to generate Question Paper Templates dynamically and use these templates in framing examination question papers. This paper focuses on the application of Bi-proportional matrix scaling technique for generation of dynamic question paper templates.
