摘要

数据概念漂移是机器学习中重要的性能退化现象之一,特别是对于体积数据。此外,概念漂移标注也是该领域的主要研究问题之一。本文提出了一种新的数据概念漂移检测方法。此外,在各种机器学习算法上,还比较了去除概念漂移实例后与原始数据集的性能。具体来说,在聚类中使用欧几里得距离的概念和实例的互信息是指实例的概念漂移程度。上述方法已用于SEA数据集
