摘要

本文提出了一种创新的、灵活的负荷预测模型,适合于支持综合资源规划的制定。设想的负荷预测模型建立在状态空间数据表示的基础上,并通过卡尔曼滤波算法进行序列更新。它允许在能源规划过程中动态插入新数据和包含定性标准。实例研究表明,该方法可以灵活地将外部数据插入预测模型。

A flexible load forecasting model for integrated resources planning
This paper presents an innovative and flexible load forecasting model suitable to support formulation of integrated resources plans. The envisaged load forecasting model is built upon state-space data representation sequentially updated by Kalman filtering algorithm.
