This article analyzes the characteristics of the coal mine in Shanxi province, China, with Systematic Layout Planning (SLP), to project the optimal layout pattern. First the coal mine is divided into some related operational departments, and their relationship among departments is evaluated after the analysis of work flow, logistics and non-logistics, so the comprehensive closeness of each department can be qualified. Then the departments are arranged according to the closeness rank calculated. Finally, the optimized layout plan is obtained according to on-site fieldwork. 摘要

随着信息时代的到来,为了应对企业间的激烈竞争,煤矿等大型机械企业开始运用现代技术进行科学化、精益化管理。矿井地面及运输系统的合理布置对于控制成本和提高效率具有重要意义,因此受到管理者的高度重视,并成为一个较新的研究领域。该煤矿位于山区,设计产量为90万吨/年,地形复杂,空间有限,合理布置煤矿具有重要意义。本文分析了山西省煤矿的特点,运用系统布局规划(SLP)方法,对山西省煤矿进行了最优布局规划。首先将煤矿划分为几个相关的业务部门,通过对工作流程、物流和非物流的分析,对各部门之间的关系进行评价,从而得出各部门的综合紧密程度合格。然后根据计算出的贴近度排序对各部门进行排序。最后,根据现场现场工作,得到优化后的布局方案。这一发现对空间有限的煤矿有一定的帮助。
