摘要

针对经典作业车间调度模型的局限性,结合实际生产条件,建立了具有机器和模具约束的多资源约束调度优化模型。根据该模型,设计了零件层、资源层和优化层三层优化启发式算法,并通过实例验证了其可行性和有效性。结果表明,该算法具有良好的优化性能和较高的运行速度,能够解决大规模调度问题。
