Moreover, “psychological” crisis, connected with the general “mental illness” of the society is becoming global. “Bringing mind to emotions” is the leading idea of the theory of emotional intelligence of American scientists, who see it as a panacea in the contemporary society. The theory of emotional intelligence, which is widely recognized in the world, is attracting the attention of Ukrainian scientists, in particular, in higher education. 摘要

研究的重点是科技文明时代的新一代教师教育培训问题。科技文明时代的特点一方面是科学技术的进一步进步,另一方面是社会物质利益带来的社会精神堕落。此外,“心理”危机,与普遍的“精神疾病”的社会正在成为全球性的。“将思想带入情感”是美国科学家情商理论的主导思想,被认为是当代社会的灵丹妙药。在世界上得到广泛认可的情商理论,正在吸引乌克兰科学家的注意,尤其是在高等教育领域。乌克兰科学家将教师的情商解释为一种个人和专业素质,它提供了专业的学术成长、生产性、专业性、人性化的活动、有效的人际沟通、压力保护功能。这些标准应指导新一代教师的专业培训和教育。
