摘要

提出了一种新的可编程直接隶属函数电路(DMFC)和互补隶属函数电路(CMFC),可用于自适应模糊逻辑控制器(FLC)。成员可以通过改变IC引脚上的一些电压来调节。该电路结构简单,所用晶体管数量少。提出了一个三高斯隶属函数DMFC和CMFC,可以根据需要扩展到任意数量的隶属函数。利用SPICE仿真软件给出了仿真结果。所提出的隶属函数电路具有精度高、易调谐的特点,适用于嵌入式系统和工业控制应用。
