摘要

在多通道扫描仪精密测量系统中,应适当考虑扫描仪的热电动势(EMF)。本文讨论了两种热电动势测量方法,分别对应于基于直接测量仪的系统和基于比较测量仪的系统。对于直接测量系统,测量每个通道的热电动势。对于比较系统,测量了不同通道对的热电动势,并采用最小二乘法估计了对比较测量的影响。以自制的扫描仪为例,对两种方法进行了举例说明。
