Because of the popularity of computer technology, there is no clear boundary between work and life, and people still hold computers to work after work, which brings great troubles to workers and managers. For workers, they suffer from overtime and have to continue to face the computer when they go home; For managers, employees can't stand heavy tasks and leave, especially in the computer field, the turnover rate is extremely serious. And how to improve the subjective happiness of employees under the background of Internet? This has become the focus of scholars' research. Therefore, scholars have been devoted to studying the factors that affect people's subjective happiness, especially under the background of computer technology. At present, the academic community has not yet reached a unified consensus. Some scholars think that gender will affect people's subjective happiness, and women are more likely to feel happy than men, while others think that education level will affect people's subjective happiness, because people with higher education level will get more resources from society, and thus be more satisfied. Few scholars have studied the predictive effect of social support on subjective happiness, let alone its internal influence mechanism. In order to clarify the mechanism of social support on subjective happiness in the context of Internet, this paper introduces work value as an intermediary variable, trust as a regulatory variable and takes the data of China Family Panel Studies (CFPS) in 2020 as the analysis object. The results show that: (1) After controlling educational background, age and gender, social support has a significant positive predictive effect on subjective happiness; (2) Work value plays an intermediary role in the relationship between social support and subjective happiness. 摘要

主观幸福感一直是学者们重点研究的对象,因为主观幸福感对满意度、工作效率和社会发展有着重要的影响。尤其是在当今的互联网时代,计算机技术的飞速发展给人们带来便利的同时,也带来了许多烦恼。由于计算机技术的普及,工作和生活没有明确的界限,人们下班后仍然拿着电脑工作,这给工人和管理者带来了很大的麻烦。对于工人来说,他们要忍受加班,回家后还要继续面对电脑;对于管理者来说,员工不能忍受繁重的任务而离开,特别是在计算机领域,离职率极其严重。如何在互联网背景下提高员工的主观幸福感?这已成为学者们研究的焦点。因此,学者们一直致力于研究影响人们主观幸福感的因素,特别是在计算机技术的背景下。目前,学术界尚未达成统一的共识。一些学者认为性别会影响人们的主观幸福感,女性比男性更容易感到幸福,而另一些学者则认为受教育程度会影响人们的主观幸福感,因为受教育程度高的人会从社会中获得更多的资源,从而更满意。很少有学者研究社会支持对主观幸福感的预测作用,更遑论其内在影响机制。为了明确互联网背景下社会支持对主观幸福感的影响机制,本文引入工作价值作为中介变量,信任作为调节变量,并以2020年中国家庭面板研究(CFPS)数据为分析对象。结果表明:(1)在控制学历、年龄和性别后,社会支持对主观幸福感有显著的正向预测作用;(2)工作价值在社会支持与主观幸福感的关系中起中介作用。(3)信任对社会支持与工作价值的调节作用;(4)信任在工作价值与主观幸福感之间起调节作用。
