Especially in today's Internet age, the rapid development of computer technology brings convenience to people, but also brings many troubles. Because of the popularity of computer technology, there is no clear boundary between work and life, and people still hold computers to work after work, which brings great troubles to workers and managers. For workers, they suffer from overtime and have to continue to face the computer when they go home; For managers, employees can't stand heavy tasks and leave, especially in the computer field, the turnover rate is extremely serious. And how to improve the subjective happiness of employees under the background of Internet? This has become the focus of scholars' research. Therefore, scholars have been devoted to studying the factors that affect people's subjective happiness, especially under the background of computer technology. At present, the academic community has not yet reached a unified consensus. Some scholars think that gender will affect people's subjective happiness, and women are more likely to feel happy than men, while others think that education level will affect people's subjective happiness, because people with higher education level will get more resources from society, and thus be more satisfied. Few scholars have studied the predictive effect of social support on subjective happiness, let alone its internal influence mechanism. In order to clarify the mechanism of social support on subjective happiness in the context of Internet, this paper introduces work value as an intermediary variable, trust as a regulatory variable and takes the data of China Family Panel Studies (CFPS) in 2020 as the analysis object. The results show that: (1) After controlling educational background, age and gender, social support has a significant positive predictive effect on subjective happiness; (2) Work value plays an intermediary role in the relationship between social support and subjective happiness.
