Methods: This cross-sectional study was performed on employees of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education in 2017. Data were collected using Job Descriptive Index (JDI) questionnaire and Allen & Meyer Organizational Commitment. The data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and linear regression model. Results: There was a significant direct correlation between job satisfaction and organizational commitment (r = 0.41). Also, the results of regression analysis showed that organizational commitment can be significantly predicted based on the dimensions of work satisfaction (B = 0.16) and promotion satisfaction (B = 0.12). Conclusion: The findings revealed that job satisfaction is associated with organizational commitment. 摘要

背景:考虑到卫生部工作人员在制定国家重大政策方面的关键作用,以及卫生系统员工在提高生产力和实现组织目标方面的重要性,本研究的目的是基于卫生部工作人员的工作满意度和医学教育的维度来预测组织承诺。方法:对2017年卫生与医学教育部工作人员进行横断面研究。采用工作描述指数(JDI)问卷和Allen & Meyer组织承诺问卷收集数据。采用Pearson相关系数和线性回归模型对数据进行分析。结果:工作满意度与组织承诺有显著的直接相关(r = 0.41)。此外,回归分析结果显示,工作满意度(B = 0.16)和晋升满意度(B = 0.12)维度对组织承诺有显著的预测作用。结论:研究结果揭示了工作满意度与组织承诺之间的关系。建议人力资源管理者为提高员工的满意度和工作动机提供条件,如根据员工的实际绩效评价给予适当的奖励,根据员工的能力增加工资,以提高员工的组织承诺。
