摘要
在Sarolangun Regency，通过其代理机构Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat，在执行工作合同流程和监督承包商执行的工作合同时，他们仍然使用Microsoft Excel并通过WhatsApp消息发送进度照片，由此经常出现问题，重复数据传输，难以定期检查数据，并且需要很长时间才能搜索数据。通过对相关员工的观察和访谈，研究者产生了一个想法，设计一个工作合同监控信息系统，以解决出现的问题。
