SISTEM INFORMASI KANTOR CAMAT VII KOTO BERBASIS WEB 基于WEB的CAMAT VII KOTO信息系统

Service is the provision (serving) of the needs of individuals or communities who have an interest in the organization in accordance with the basic rules and procedures specified. Good service will ultimately be able to provide satisfaction to the community. The public can directly assess the performance based on the services received. One of the problems that need attention at the Koto VII Sub-District Head Office is Community Service, which is currently still using the manual method of recording through the Service agenda book. This method will make the working method ineffective because one of the obstacles faced is when Community Service can extend the time long enough because it is still manual. This system is designed using DFD (Data Flow Diagram). The sources of research data are secondary data obtained from studies of several journals, articles, government regulations, company data, internet, and others. Which is considered relevant to the research topic. With the system application that was built, it can help, simplify, and speed up the process of Community Service to the community being more well-documented and processing the required data faster.

The formulation of the problem in this thesis research is how to build a Web-based asset data management information system at the Tebo Regency Regional Secretariat Office.

BRILife Syariah Muara Bulian branch is one of the companies engaged in insurance. In an effort to increase its sales, the insurance policy in Muara Bulian City generally uses several marketing strategies. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The study in this study is to find out “Agent Marketing Strategies in Maintaining Customer Loyalty at PT.BRILife Syariah Muara Bulian branch with aspects of the research are: about insurance products, Premium Prices, Promotions, Places, People and Physical Facilities.The results show that the Branch of PT.BRILife Syariah Muara Bulian.

The rapid development of information technology and information systems in the current era of globalization has made almost all aspects of life unavoidable from the use of computer devices. One of the greatest needs for information technology is the need for information systems in schools. Information System is a collection or arrangement consisting of hardware and software as well as their implementation personnel who work in a sequential process and mutually support each other to produce a product. This incoming and outgoing mail archiving information system aims to change the way mail is stored in a hard file into a soft file archive. This incoming and outgoing mail archiving information system makes a good contribution to agencies. The software used in making this correspondence application uses xampp to run the web server, MySQL for database management. The implementation of the incoming and outgoing mail information system displays the interface, namely: the interface of all users and the interface of other officers. Information systems for filing incoming and outgoing mail can make outgoing mail faster and more efficient, entering incoming mail data. Providing a means of storing mail archives, so that they can be managed properly. This information system can be accessed and run on localhost.

Sarolangun Regency through its agency, namely Badan Kepegawaian dan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM), has a website called the Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian (SIMPEG) which aims to provide public services such as filing for leave and filing periodic salaries for employees within the Sarolangun Regency government. Currently the submission process has been made through the system but has not been able to validate documents electronically. Therefore, a mechanism is needed to validate the document using an electronic signature. This electronic signature is a solution and has been provided by a Government agency called the Balai Sertifikasi Elektronik (BSrE). The research method used in this research is the waterfall method. In this research, a system design and its implementation will be made so that the SIMPEG website can process the electronic signature of the BSrE.

Currently the submission process has been made through the system but has not been able to validate documents electronically. Therefore, a mechanism is needed to validate the document using an electronic signature. This electronic signature is a solution and has been provided by a Government agency called the Balai Sertifikasi Elektronik (BSrE). The research method used in this research is the waterfall method. SISTEM INFORMASI KEPEGAWAIAN BERBASIS WEB PADA BADAN PENGELOLA PAJAK DAN RETRIBUSI DAERAH (BPPRD) KABUPATEN MUARO JAMBI

The rapid development of technology makes every company want to take advantage of the role of information technology to improve the performance of an agency as well as the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency (BPPD) of Muaro Jambi Regency which needs to improve technology to make it easier to carry out or facilitate employee performance, especially data collection for the staffing department. One of the problems in the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency (BPPDD) in Muaro Jambi Regency is in the personnel department, such as staffing data that still uses Microsoft Excel so that it is still inaccurate, efficient and effective in monitoring and processing employee data. From the problems above, a solution was created, namely in the form of a Web-Based Personnel Information System which is expected to help solve problems that exist in the staffing section such as rank order list data for Employees, Bezetting data, employee performance target data, and employee mutation data. The development of this system uses the Waterfall method and is implemented using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter v.3 framework and My SQL database. The results of this study are that a system design and implementation will be made so that the personnel information system website can manage personnel data effectively and efficiently.

Competition in the business world is very tight, and more and more products are offered, as well as anticipating consumers for sports products or equipment, so AT SPORT Shop tries to achieve breakthroughs for change, especially in the field of technology. Previously the processing of sales data and inventory of goods had not been computerized, causing several problems, including inaccurate inspection of existing goods, frequent occurrence of lists of goods, relatively long reporting processes and errors in bookkeeping or recording of sales notes,  for  example writing  product names,  and  quantity. goods. because the  recording is  still  used  it  is vulnerable to the risk of paper being torn, wet by water, and lost if you are not careful in storing it. The purpose of this study is to able to design a web-based administrative information system to help improve performance in recording sales transactions, purchases, and making reports at the AT SPORTS Store. Making this information system  using  the  Throw  away  prototyping method  with  the  stages  of  needs  analysis,  prototype  creation, prototype evaluation, system specifications, system validation, and system use. The description of the final results of the system can already be known at the beginning so that the prototyping process produces applications that are by the wishes and can be developed according to the needs of the AT SPORTS shop.

Archives are a source of information that has an important function to support the administrative and management activities of an agency. The archive can be in the form of letters, both incoming and outgoing letters. Management of letter archives at the Muttaqin Bambang Purwanto Rozak Usawatun Public Appraiser Services Office (MBPRU) is still done manually. Seeing the very important role played by MBPRU in the field of property valuation, machine appraisal, factory appraisal, feasibility studies, heavy equipment valuation and land acquisition appraisal required by stakeholders. So it is better if this archive processing is developed digital management. This development was carried out in the form of research on the design of a Web-Based Records Management Information System software that MBPRU could later use for services to their customers. Researchers went directly to the field to get the necessary data. The programming language used is PHP and MySQL for database processing. The results of this study are in the form of a programming application in the form of outgoing mail report data input, and disposition data input. yearly, outgoing letter reports from year to year as well as letter disposition reports using this system, the process of recording incoming and outgoing archives can be properly organized when searching archives and retrieving archives. It is hoped that this archive processing application can be further developed by further researchers to complement what researchers have developed, as a system that is connected to one another.
