摘要

本文提出了一种解决串联柔性交流输电系统(FACTS)控制器存在下的最优潮流问题的新概念——晶闸管控制串联电容(TCSC)。该算法采用两阶段初始化方法,以较少的代数给出了最优解,从而减少了计算时间。在IEEE 30总线系统上进行了数值实验,验证了该算法对不同目标函数的TCSC的有效性。将所提算法的OPF结果与现有算法进行了比较。结果表明,该算法具有较好的解算性和计算效率。
