摘要

采用动态规划的方法,对采购项目和开发项目两类IT项目提出了经济评价模型。求解了IT项目的投资决策临界值,并深入讨论了IT项目投资决策临界值与各因素之间的关系。本文所建立的模型由于放弃了期权定价模型的假设条件,具有较好的优越性。
