This research was conducted using quantitative methods with a sample of 35 employees To measure the results of the validity of the instrument using validity and reliability tests. Then test the classical assumptions by testing normality and heteroscedasticity. Hypothesis test using T test (partial test). The results of the study show that internal communication has a significant effect on employee performance with the significance value is 0.014. 摘要

本研究旨在确定内部沟通对巴厘塔-布里塔伊斯兰大学社会与政治科学学院员工绩效的影响。本研究采用定量方法,以35名员工为样本,通过效度和信度检验来衡量工具的效度结果。然后通过检验正态性和异方差来检验经典假设。假设检验采用T检验(偏检验)。研究结果表明,内部沟通对员工绩效有显著影响,显著值为0.014。根据本研究结果的数据,我们希望领导层能够更频繁地召开会议,使沟通更加顺畅,避免由于缺乏协调而导致信息误解。
