The results show that integrating consumers in the spot market can help to encourage them to consume new energy in an active manner. 摘要

随着新能源发电量的不断增加,如何适应新能源并网发电是一个严峻的挑战,电力现货市场可以通过产生实时的分时电价信号,引导消费者调整自己的用电行为来解决这一问题。为解决新能源消费困境,本文首先设计了省级双边电力现货市场,提出了兼顾电厂和消费者的交易机制。然后,通过案例分析,对双边市场出清结果与仅考虑电厂的单边市场出清结果进行对比分析。结果表明,将消费者纳入现货市场有利于鼓励消费者积极消费新能源。本文提出的双边电力现货市场可以为新能源渗透率高的地区提高新能源消费水平提供参考。
