The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and fairness on organizational commitment. This research was conducted on employees of PT. Pos Indonesia, Denpasar with a population of 81 people and using a saturated sample in which the entire population is sampled. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive data techniques and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study explain that job satisfaction and organizational justice have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. It is hoped that with this research, PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Denpasar can pay more attention to work procedures at PT. 摘要

组织承诺是一种态度,它反映了个人对其组织的了解程度和依赖程度,该组织致力于可靠的习惯,计划在组织中停留更长时间,并在工作中增加更多的努力。本研究的目的是确定工作满意度和公平感对组织承诺的影响。本研究是在PT.
