摘要

本文研究了采用电火花加工技术制备的碳化层的摩擦学性能。在最佳条件下,改性层碳含量高,且在弹坑周围有非晶态碳区。采用该方法制备的TiC层具有优异的摩擦学性能,摩擦系数低,对配合材料球的磨损最小,波动最小。这一效应影响了极表面的非晶碳面积。电火花加工是一种有效的钛表面改性方法。
