摘要

顶孔加工作为机械加工中最基本、最重要的工序之一,常存在斜角、尺寸不一致等缺陷。如何快速检测加工设备的沉孔缺陷是机械制造企业迫切需要解决的问题。基于单目视觉的检测方法以效率高、稳定性强、精度高、自动化程度高等一系列优点取代了传统的人工检测方法,成为机械制造自动化领域的重要研究方向。本文提出了一种复孔视觉测量技术,主要采用激光传感器作为采集装置,通过工控机对复孔进行图像处理,并采用数控机床系统对测量结果进行显示和保存。经测试验证,本系统运行平稳,符合当前企业的需求。
