The Survival of the organization is evaluated by using themeans of a quantitative research tool as an Estimations questionnaire. Data analysis, using statistics for Social Science by Descriptive statistic and Inferential statistics withComputer Program and Linear Structural Equation Model Analysis Program present the causal factors that can influence the survival of the organization. The results of the research showed the structural equation model causal factors that influence the development for the survival of business organizations in Thailand. The consistency of an index model that blends in with the empirical data can be seen from x² = 151.51, df = 125, p-value = 0.054, RMSEA = 0.021, GFI = 0.971 and AGFI = 0.946.
