摘要

电信网络的发展和智能手机在印度尼西亚的日益普及引发了各种服务的发展。其中之一就是OTT (Over the Top Service)。但是,这种发展并没有伴随着政府对OTT服务关键绩效指标(KPI)的监管。本文对印尼OTT聊天服务的关键绩效指标提出了建议。本文所采用的方法是对通过4G网络测量OTT聊天服务的QoS和基准测试所收集的数据进行分析。
