摘要

本研究旨在调查尼日利亚埃邦伊州立大学员工对愿景和使命宣言的认知程度;重点关注各项宝贵声明目标的执行情况和面临的挑战。本文采用理论分析的方法来达到研究的目的。研究结果表明,埃邦伊州立大学的员工不习惯愿景和使命陈述。该研究建议,大学的主要官员应该参与这些声明的主要作用,以及每个员工的活动如何帮助重新定位组织,实现更大的绩效,并激励相关成员。
