This application receives exported data from the EAGLE software via a DDE communication protocol and using suitable algorithms transfers these data to desirable drilling points coordinates. 摘要
本文主要研究数控机床模型的三轴定位问题。这台台式数控机床是用EAGLE软件设计的电路板钻孔工具。在可视化系统Control Web 6中创建的监控和可视化应用程序提供了EAGLE软件与数控机床模型之间的连接。该应用程序通过DDE通信协议接收EAGLE软件导出的数据,并使用合适的算法将这些数据传输到所需的钻井点坐标。然后将这些坐标发送到PLC控制器,PLC控制器通过OPC通信协议控制数控机床。
Drilling of circuit boards using CNC controlled by programable logic controller
