摘要

现有的人才培养模型评价模型采用层次分析法计算评价指标权重,导致新英语人才培养模型的评价指标权重计算难以通过一致性检验。针对这一问题,提出了一种基于ahp -熵权法的英语人才培养新方法。模型评价模型。基于评价指标的五项原则,将英语新人才培养模式的评价指标分为目标层、准则层、一级指标因子层和二级指标因子层四个层次,建立评价指标体系;将评价指标体系分为5个层次,分配确定评价体系评价意见集;评价指标的变化控制在0 ~ 1之间,分为正指标和负指标;分别采用熵权法和层次分析法计算评价指标的权重。根据计算结果得到综合评价指标的权重,并通过多级分步评价得到最终评价结果。实验结果表明:计算出的评价指标权重、一致性检验结果均小于0.1,一致性检验通过。
