摘要

本研究是一项针对第一学期(第一学期)学生开设的管理学导论课程的课堂行动研究。本研究旨在提高学习管理入门科目学生的学习动机和学习成果。通过分配方法(基于项目的学习,测试和非测试的数据收集技术)使用的方法。通过应用基于项目的学习方法前后学习效果的比较进行数据分析。研究结果表明,学生的学习动机和学习成果有所提高。在学习过程中存在障碍,即面对面的时间限制。
