In this proposed method, the instantaneous voltage frequency and average voltage frequency is calculated through Hilbert transform (HT). Meanwhile, the imbalance fault frequency is extracted by using the cubic spline interpolation. Finally, the wavelet transform (WT) method is used to detect whether there is a blade imbalance fault. 摘要

近年来,海流轮机越来越受到人们的关注。叶片上的附着物会造成不平衡,从而影响系统的运行,监测其工作状态,对出现故障的叶片进行维修或更换,以减少其损坏是必要的。与传统的基于振动的mct不平衡故障检测方法相比,电信号检测具有许多优点。然而,利用分解方法来减弱波浪和湍流的影响存在一些不足。提出了一种利用电压信号检测mct不平衡故障的方法。该方法通过希尔伯特变换(Hilbert transform, HT)计算瞬时电压频率和平均电压频率。同时,利用三次样条插值提取不平衡故障频率。最后,采用小波变换(WT)方法检测叶片是否存在不平衡故障。理论分析、仿真结果和实验结果验证了该方法的有效性。
