摘要

针对转向架的电化学腐蚀问题,应用目前发展迅速、应用广泛的数字孪生技术,提出建立数字孪生模型,并在此基础上建立故障监测预警系统。在明确了系统的确切功能后,通过深度迁移学习和算法降低了模型构建和数据处理的难度。在建立数字孪生模型后,进行了各种测试来验证其功能。最后,将实测数据与孪生数据进行对比,验证了该模型与实际高度相关,故障监测预警功能正常。
